Its unique 12mm diameter design and custom length make it adaptable for various industrial applications. The 304 stainless steel material offers superior corrosion resistance. Type K removable industrial thermowell assembly, mineral insulated insert replacement for simple thermocouple sensors. This range of high-quality thermocouples is ideal for temperature measurement applications of gases or liquids in industry, especially where heavy-duty assembly and high temperatures are required. The probe has a 6mm diameter spring-loaded removable insert suitable for Type K, T, J, or N thermocouples and has Class A accuracy. This provides fast response and high accuracy, as well as ease of maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The standard process connection is ½” NPT with a 12mm diameter stem, all constructed of 304 stainless steel. Multiple immersion lengths are available to meet your process needs. We offer many options, such as alternative lengths, diameters, process connections, head transmitters, and terminations. In addition, we design and manufacture custom components to meet your specific application needs, including alternative materials, terminal heads, reduced tips, and flanged process connections.
