TECPEL TPK-01-40G Extremely Thin Type-K Thermocouple Probe

Product Introduction

TPK-01-40G is made of the smallest wire diameter of 0.079mm which is as small as hair and can be used for measurement in the gap. I would like to inquire about the T or K type thermocouple temperature measuring wire (TPT-01_TPT-01-40G_TPT-01-36G) produced by your company. There are three options for the wire diameter of this product. Can you tell me which one is more sensitive? ? Or is it simply applicable to different fields of work, not to say which one is particularly sensitive in measurement? The thermocouple temperature side rod has a characteristic, that is, the larger the area of the measurement point and the longer the length, the slower the response time! Because the temperature of the measurement point must be heated or cooled to match the target, the thermocouple line charge signal sensed by the thermocouple thermometer will be correct. Therefore, the thinner the "metal junction" at the thermocouple measurement point, the faster it will be consistent with the target temperature in theory. On the contrary, when the area is larger, the absorbed heat will need to be greater, and the thermocouple wire with too large volume may even cause The possibility of the target temperature being cooled! In addition, it should be noted that the thinner the metal wire, the easier it is to wear and melt! Among the above models, TPT-01-40G is the thinnest, followed by TPT-01-36G.
