There are three options for the wire diameter of this product. Can you tell me which one is more sensitive? ? The thermocouple temperature side rod has a characteristic, that is, the larger the area of the measurement point and the longer the length, the slower the response time! Therefore, the thinner the "metal junction" at the thermocouple measurement point, the faster it will be consistent with the target temperature in theory.
